Daseul Song

송다슬은 이미지 또는 무빙이미지를 시간이 물화된 하나의 결정체로 바라보고, 보는 이가 그 시간의 물성을 상상할 수 있도록 하는 영상 작업을 시도하고 있다. 오늘날 미디어 환경에 주목하면서, 다양한 디바이스, 스크린 속 시각적 요소의 풍경과 그 너머의 외부현실이 굴절되고 침투하는 이미지의 속성을 동시에 환기시킬 수 있는 영상 작업과 설치의 방법을 고안하고 있다. 이런 시도들을 통해 작가는 동시대의 이미지 소비자이자 생산자가 느끼는 매개된 감각을 다각도로 실험하고자 한다.
